New Healthy ~ 02/01-02/10/2015


Almost time for my endoscopy, and having to eat wheat and gluten for the procedure to work accurately. It’s been a year, just anxioud to find out what’s going on.


–          Purple Gatorade

** Going to eat wheat and gluten today. TERRIFIED.

–          Toast, cheese, eggs

–          Vegan chocolate rice krispie PB bar.

–          Wheat thins



–          2 eggs

–          Gatorade

–          Water

–          Rice

–          Mushroom, onion, spinich and cheese Indian dish.

–          Peanut butter

** Procedure over! Now we wait…



–          Vanilla soy decaf latte

–          Smoothie- banana, cocoa, dates, almond milk

–          Cucumber, carrots, red pepper hummus

–          Rice

–          Water

–          Indian spinach thing

–          Pistachios

–          GF chocolate chip cookies (disgusting)

** Went well today. Hard getting back to normal, stomach is still very sensitive.



–          Water

–          Gingerale

–          Carrots, cucumber, red pepper hummus

–          Rice, Indian cheese thing

–          A couple green grapes

–          Chocolate

–          Chocolate almond milk

** With all the latest experiences I am just grateful that I have found something that my body seems to be taking well. I don’t know what’s wrong with me and I hope they do find out, but at least I have this. At least I can eat.



–          Gf banana cupcake (thimblecakes YUM!)

–          Chocolate almond milk with hemp

–          Gingerale

–          Cantaloupe

–          Carrots, cucumbers, red pepper hummus

–          GF pasta

–          Toms, feta, basil, garlic, tomato paste

** Such an AMAZING DAY, feeling so good! Got my books today too! Can’t wait! Crazy, sexy diet and crazy, sexy kitchen.

–          Strawberry yogurt, blueberries

–          Cucumbers, carrots, red pepper hummus

–          GF pasta

–          Tomatoes, feta, basil, garlic, tomato paste

–          Chocolate almond milk with hemp

** headache, not enough sleep. Not feeling the best with stomach and stuff. Think it’s to do with the break up.

–          Gf pizza (disgusting) with tomatoes, cheese, garlic, mushrooms, tomato paste



–          Chocolate almond milk

–          Carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, red pepper hummus

–          Chick pea salad (chickpeas, balsamic vinegar, garlic, yellow peppers, red onion, tomatoes, cucumbers)

–          Strawberry yogurt, blueberries

–          Green tea



–          Chocolate almond milk

–          Cantaloupe

–          Yogurt and blueberries

–          Salad (mixed greens, onion, pecans, cucumber, cheese, maple balsamic dressing)

–          Peanut m&m’s



–          Water

–          Chocolate almond milk

–          Banana

–          Cantaloupe

–          Smoothie: banana, dates, cocoa, almond milk

–          Strawberry, apples, grapes, blackberries

–          Salad: cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes, pecan, onion, maple balsamic vinegar.

–          Roasted chickpeas(oil, cumin, s&p)

**Bought some GF bread today! Looks good! Pretty stoked to have eggs and toast.

It’s the small pleasures in life that are most precious.
