** Another challenge with the new diet change is trying to come up with different things to eat. I don’t know about other people but I tend to get used to certain foods and just eat those specific ones all the time. This GF thing is based mostly on fruit, veggies and rice. Keeping that new and interesting while living alone and working a lot can prove to be rather difficult. I would also describe my diet ( the vegetarian part) as a meat eater with out the meat. So I don’t replace with tofu lentils, kale, or things like that, I know I should be, it’s just I’m really not a fan of some of the funky veggie dishes. I hope that I can get out of my shell a bit more with this food and try new recipes. Eating the same things all the time gets old fast.

–          Chocolate almond milk

–          Rice

–          Dahl (tomatoes, tomato paste, onion, garlic, spices, vegetable broth, chickpeas, red lentals)

–          Blueberries

–          Peanut butter m&m’s

–          Chocolate

–          Toasted PB and honey banana sandwich.

–          Water

–          Gingerale

–          Chocolate almond milk

–          Chocolate

–          Banana

–          Smoothie- banana, almond milk, dates, other good things

–          Calm tea with honey

–          Strawberries, blueberries

–          Potatoes and ketchup

–          Eggs, GF toast with butter

** Ate a bit of gross soup I made then I puked.

–          Banana

–          Arizona green tea (I know, I know)

–          French toast (GF bread, eggs, vanilla almond milk, cinnamon, butter), maple syrup.

–          2 clementines

–          Chocolate

–          Green tea

–          Dried peaches

–          Chocolate almond milk

–          Dahl

–          Water

–          Chocolate almond milk

–          Chocolate

–          Blackberry yogurt with blueberries.

02/16/2015

–          Chocolate almond milk

–          Chocolate

–          Almond milk, decaf, hazelnut latte

–          Yogurt with blueberries

–          GF pasta, sauce, basil, flakey nutritional yeast, parmesan.

–          Gingerale

02/17/2015

–          Chocolate milk

–          Gingerale

–          Cucumber, tomatoes

–          GF pasta, sauce, basil, flakey nutritional yeast, parmesan

–          Strawberry yogurt with strawberries

–          McDonalds fries ( OMG so horrible, but so good)
